Biography

Dr. Maru received his medical degree from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, in 2001. He completed his residency and fellowships in general and interventional cardiology at Marshall University. He was Chief Cardiology Fellow from 2008-2009. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology. He is a fellow of the Juvenile College of Cardiology and is a member of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Intervention.

Biography

Dr. Snavely graduated from WVU School of Medicine in 1994. Residency was completed at the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center at the Charleston Division of the Charleston Area Medical Center. During this period, Dr. Snavely was the Chief Medical Resident as well as Teaching Resident of the Year. He completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati in 2000, followed by a Coronary and Peripheral Intervention Fellowship also at the University of Cincinnati in 2001. Dr. Snavely is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds sub-specialty certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association.
